30-Day Trial, except they just have you throw it away… I think it’s important for people to know that if you decide to try it out and take advantage of the return period, they’ll ask you to return the tower, but to throw away the bed cover and tubes connected to it. To their credit, they used the following language: “The Pod Hub tower will need to be returned to us. We will provide a prepaid return label and schedule a FedEx pickup. Please dispose of the Cover, Power Cord, and the Encasement as environmentally friendly as possible!” Ok. Let’s be real…the thing is full of water and contains a mixture of plastic, cloth, metal and other materials. It is going in the dumpster unless I’m up for some sort of weird art project where it cut it open and separate all the materials. In my opinion, this return process represents the company’s philosophy around waste and the environment. For those curious, I returned it (Pod 3 Perfect Fit) because it made my bed much firmer than I expected.
