Humane is discontinuing the AI Pin and selling out to HP.
Hewlett Packard said it was acquiring “key AI capabilities from Humane,” the struggling inventor of the Ai Pin, for $116 million. Among the assets it will acquire is the Cosmos AI platform, which powers the Pin. Humane told owners of the Pin that it would stop working on Feb. 28.
