It’s been about a week since I got rid of all the LED bulbs in my house and replaced them with incandescents. Also have worn blue light glasses after 7pm while driving and at home for the last 4 days. #Sleep has drastically improved. Time to fall asleep went from 45 minutes to 10 minutes. No melatonin taken. What a joke that it took this long to learn something so simple with a drastic negative impact on my life. LEDs are horrible for your eyes and your sleep! Do you sleep like crap? But also don’t want to believe me that LEDs are unhealthy? I have a challenge: Get some of these for $20. Wear them after 4pm for a week. Especially when driving (oncoming LEDs are super bright) and at home. Then come back here in 7 days and let me know if it helped! If it does, ditch all of your LEDs and send me a fruit basket. #Gadgets
