TikTok’s parent company ByteDance has released $170 AI-equipped wireless earbuds into the Chinese market. The earbuds enable users to talk to the company’s artificial intelligence chatbot, Doubao, without looking at their phones. The product is the latest sign of how tech companies are coming up with AI-powered wearable devices, also including eyeglasses, to capture consumer interest in the new technology.
